CIMET selection

The selection committee for the Master Erasmus Mundus CIMET Color inInformatics and MEdia Technology deliberated on Monday 2nd February, 2009. We received this year about 165 applications for a total of 17scholarships to be granted to non-European students. Unfortunately anddespite the interest we found in your profile, your application was notshort listed for the EU Erasmus Mundus funding.

** This is a response e-mail from Eramus Mundus of CIMET scholarship.Thank you so much na krup.That you give me of a candidate student from the 165 applications but, they just have 17 scholarships.Oh mae jao! After I have check my post mail that I send all document to them ,I have so concerned with problem.Also, I was sent my reply e-mail and asked them as below e-mail.
Dear,Sir/Madam
Reference with the application apply,I have apply and send my all
document to you selection committee on 28th January 2009,and I
would like to confirm that you recieved my application form yet.
With these reason ,I have not consideration in the committee
selection right?
How could i do with this problem maybe because have a problem with post mail?

Actually, your application has been evaluated – like all of the other
applications – based on your online documents submitted through the
application server.
So whether we had already received your documents by post or not was not a
problem (I am sorry I am not at the office right now to check whether we
have received your paper documents).
The competition this year was particularly very hard as we got a big
number of applications and I am sorry that the results have not be in your
favour.
