Obama,who ever said “change” this word.He became to be a new President of  USA.

  The last night ,Obama and american citizen celebrated with his inaugural.Unfortunatly that I go to bed early,also I didn’t watch his inaugural circumstance on TV lastnight.

I wrote this poem after I ate a medicine.(hhahahha)

I was tried of my job. Sometime I am so excited by the job. I was shocked by many friend, they were resign from the company. But still have some of thrill by a new chance.

I went to a seminar of Open house 2009 at The Ambassador hetel.This seminar taking about the overview and promote a Master degree in Project Management .

On the contrary ; the time for my decision beginning what the major that you have expect in you future ‘s life.

Let’s me think ,I am so curious what are the difference between Project management and MBA. From my observe while a seminar ,in my opinions I have interested with this course but I don’t like this environment (this is only my opinions).

They talked a basically in how can we to be a good management  that who are working at a manage area need a soft skill and adapt a tools and technic in managemnt science in a real project and direction a team and success to the goal.

Something like so easy but however ,not at all who was graduated from this course will to be a good manager but ,they will have a basic knowledge and can driven ,control a project success. Also, nobody to be a good management but they ,who will be a management level in the future soon have aware,they need more an experience on both soft and technic skill well.

If talking a difference between PJM and MBA ,although I ever seminar only PJM but after I took off a sky train and was going to Chula book center.I am ensure this is an answer hahahha. Only MBA in Chula if I have a good chance to study here .This is my last answer.

 Actually, nobody knows what is the condition of our life. Suddenly, after I’ve been discuss with my friend who work at IBM as me in this morning,. He says “Condition “ because we always have a condition, when doing something, Condition always be the short list of our excuse.

 Why did we have to find any reason or any condition and mover we usually to refer to many reason before to do something always? Something like we limit thinking, knowledge and a challenge will come true in our life.

 The begging that I have to write this journal, umm why will waiting for tomorrow la? If you need to do something, go on! It seem like a sound good.Hur Hur One again na. Nothing to late for begin.  

 I try to separate of condition as

 1. Condition of Love: What is the condition of love? I still never know what the meaning of this word is or maybe I never met a true love? Umm I think it enough reason for this question Na. Hahaha!!

 2. Condition of work: When will we met a love of work felling la? In the end of our life, Have you ever thing what a job that you will meet in the 2 or 3 is coming soon? Or what a job it makes you feeling love lur?

 3. Condition of life style: I didn’t know what a life style of the other peoples, but for me I think we were be what we will be also, we can change we can improve we can not change an origin that showed on yourself.

 4. Condition of study: After I give up to be an illegible student to attend to Italy. I am pray I will found myself soon. What is the major that I would like to study and what is my work future?

 5. Condition of health: When we older that the last year, onething we need a time to take care more is our health. Have you ever asked yourself? You are a work alcoholic, you go to bed so late or you ate food or drank alcohol so much. Also, we can not was a young always but we can do everything for our health.

6. Condition of time: We never know, how long we still alive? Sometime maybe we will die tomorrow but anyway, how can we use a limit time in our life?

7. Condition of money: For two years ago after I was graduated from a school. Many dream that I can catch and have many dreams I am so still catch as much as I can do.

8. Condition of Dream: When you were a young, certainly you ever dream to be a super man ha-ha, by the way I ever dream to be a Nobita, coz he have a friend is Doramon. Doramon will give me a magic toy.

I have many stories that I am not still talk more details and wrote in my

journal yet.

Many things, many stories I met and I was faced on the last year that showed on my strong maturity in myself. Begun from I applied a job in Japan Company that so progress after I have a good time to interview with Mr. by phone. But unfortunately that they responded cancel to meet me in Thailand with theirs economic company’s crisis.  

After then I still not discourage but I try to change my new opportunity applied to study on Master Degree in Network Engineering and communication technology ,in the end I got it so cool.

   Even so everything so pound to me suddenly, until I almost confused and I don’t know how I could find out the way. But however it made me to have a confident in myself and I would like to prepare and improve myself always.

Until the end of the last year, I was decide to ordination leave and was be a monk when my birthday on 6 November 2008 until 23 November 2008. I would like to memory of this event that pass my life on the last year so much.    

If talk with IBM, I have a good chance to join and have a participate with many activity coz, I was a IBM SD Club committee, I am so proud at least I can work and life balance on the last year. Although somebody look down to myself, but I was prove myself and showed on my talent. 

 Umm ,I am forgot to talk about my job responsibility ,that I was join a new team with EDW team in developer role after I was a system engineer and Java programming role. I had still remember that I talk with my old manager ,I would like to learn and do something in Bank Business and I had expected to know a business of Bank and applied my knowledge to work in System Integration area ,this my dream will come true soon. I am still hope.

 Many time that I ever change my job and company but after I was reconsider myself this is a little bit torture of my life ,we are still found many thing in a future ,it just a sorrow on a happiness ,why I say that ,coz when we felt happiness ,we still have a quite small sorrow always if we can not felt happiness when we have a sorrow. So confused right? (hahahaha) .

Everything on this small world ,we still meet many thing that we can learn and learn more ,just we looking ourselves in the mirror ,we will found something in yourself  I believed that.

The last year, I was admitted hospital for two times with tonsillitis disease Oh, it a bad thing was happened to me, also I have to take care myself more on 2009 year. I would like to say thank to P’Fai and I took for take care me while I was sick too.

And the end of this journal today, I am so pray for everything will a good happen in this year 2009.   With love, with study ,with work and  my mission for teach a mahidol students soon. Wow!!! I will be a teacher lur nia.But now I not prepare a course yet.So that I must hurry up and so diligent now, not tomorrow.

Sorry for late reply. I’m always late.Unfortunately I have a problem
that the executed project is shortage now because of customer’s
business was changed.I was watching the economy status and
talking with customer,but it was not improved their business.
I don’t suppose that you quit current job for working in Japan.
It is not good timing for you to work in our company. Currently
I cannot give you the job soon and I’d like cancel to meet you in
Thailand. Please keep working your current job.If you can have a
customer and plan to execute project, I can talk your business or
I will talk you if my business is improved.I will keep studying what
possible openings that may be available to you in the future,
so I will keep your materials on file.

ช่วงนี้เรียบง่าย ขาดความท้าทายพอสมควร ก็พยายามสร้างความท้าทายกับตัวเอง มีโอกาส
ได้นั่งคุยกะพี่ที่ทำงานคนหนึ่ง เหมือนเค้าได้จุดฝันในตอนที่เวลาของอายุได้ผ่านไปๆ เค้ามีอะ
ไรบางอย่างที่เป็นสิ่งที่ซ้อนอยู่ภายใน เค้าบอกผมว่าเค้าจะออกจากงาน แอ๊ะผมก็ถามว่าทำไม
หละพี่ พี่พึ่งมาทำไม่ถึงสองเดือนเอง เค้าก็บอกว่าไกลก็ไกล งานก็เป็นงานที่ไม่อยากจะทำ
แล้วอีกอย่างเค้าก็บอกผมทิ้งท้ายต่อว่าเนี้ยเค้าได้สัญชาติแคนนาดา ที่สมัครไปเมื่อหลายปี
ก่อนแล้ว ผมฟังดูแล้วมีไฟลุกประกายอยู่ในแววตาของพี่เค้าว่าโห่ มันช่างน่าอัศจรรย์อะไร
อย่างนี้ที่ได้เห็นคนที่อายุก็ไม่ได้น้อย สามสิบกว่าๆ และจะทิ้งงาน ทิ้งทุกอย่างไปอยู่แคนนา
ดาโดยยังไม่รู้ว่าจะมีงานใหม่ไหม เค้าเล่าให้ผมฟังว่าเค้าจบโทที่อเมริกา แล้วบอกกับที่บ้าน
ตลอดว่าอยากจะไปอยู่ที่เมืองนอก บางคำถามเราคงตอบให้ใครเข้าใจไม่ได้ว่าอะไรคือสิ่งที่
เราต้องการแล้วสิ่งที่เราต้องการ และเราจะทำมันผิดในสายตาคนอื่นไหม นี่แหละมันทำให้
ผมเชื่อว่ายิ่งเรามีฝัน เรามีหวังแบบไม่ท้อแล้วนั้นมันก็ต้องมีหนทาง ว่าไม่ใช่ทางใดก็ต้อง
ทางหนึ่งที่จะเป็นของเราเอง ไม่เพียงแต่แค่การได้พิสูจน์ตัวเอง อีกทั้งยังทำให้เราได้รู้คุณ

หลายวันแล้วที่ไม่ได้มานั่งเขียนบล็อกเลย มาเริ่มเขียนกันเลยดีกว่าก็วันนี้ก็มีน้องใหม่ มาที่ทีม
กันหลายคนเลยทำเอาพี่ๆ ยิ้มเป็นแถวว่าจะมีน้องๆ มาช่วยงานกัน ทำให้รู้สึกเลยว่าเวลามันไม่คอย
ใครจริงๆ น้องใหม่ก็มาน้องเก่าก็ไป ไปเรียนต่อบ้าง ย้ายงานบ้าง นี่แหละมันก็อย่างงี้หละน่า สิ่งที่
สำคัญที่สุดเรายังมีอะไรที่จะต้องพัฒนาอีกเยอะเลย น้องมาก็ต้องสอนน้อง ซึ่งรู้ได้เลยว่าสิ่งที่เรา
ทำมานั้นเรารู้มากน้อยแค่ไหน ต้องซ้อม และก็ต้องซ้อม วันนี้นั่งอ่านเปเปอร์ตอนเที่ยงเริ่มเข้าใจ
บ้างละ อ่านพอจับจุดได้ คงเหมือนตอนที่อ่านเปเปอร์ตอนเรียน ป ตรี หือ สาหัสสากันอ่านกี่รอบ
ก็ไม่ค่อยจะเกท นึกถึงตอนเรียนตรีและยังจำได้ที่เคยคุยกะดร รวีศักดิ์พูดแล้วก็คิดถึงอาจารย์มาก
มาย ขอบคุณมากๆเลยคับอาจารย์ที่ทำให้ผมเองได้รู้จักคำว่าเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่และทำอะไรได้ด้วยตัว
ของผมเอง วันนี้ก็เช่นกันสิ่งที่อาจารย์ได้สอนมันกลับมากึกก้องอยู่ในใจผมอีกครั้ง
ถ้าวันหนึ่งคุณเรียนต่อ โท เอก คุณก็ต้องรู้จักที่จะขวนขวายหาความรู้แบบนี้เช่นกัน

พึ่งไปงานแต่งเพื่อนรักสมัย ม ปลายมาผมได้เห็นและได้ร่วมยินดีกับเพื่อนรักของผมยินดี
กับความสำเร็จอีกก้าวหนึ่งของชีวิตคนเรา ผมไม่รู้จะพูดยังไงว่ารู้สึกยินดี ยินดีที่ได้เห็นเพื่อน
จะเป็นฝั่งเป็นฝา เพราะจากการใช้ชีวิตที่จะไปไหนมาไหนกับเพื่อน คงจะห่างไปเพราะเค้าต้อง
มีชีวติครอบครัว ยินดีจริงๆ คับ

What is a Biomedical Engineer?
A Biomedical Engineer uses traditional engineering expertise to analyze and solve problems in biology and medicine, providing an overall enhancement of health care. Students choose the biomedical engineering field to be of service to people, to partake of the excitement of working with living systems, and to apply advanced technology to the complex problems of medical care. The biomedical engineer works with other health care professionals including physicians, nurses, therapists and technicians. Biomedical engineers may be called upon in a wide range of capacities: to design instruments, devices, and software, to bring together knowledge from many technical sources to develop new procedures, or to conduct research needed to solve clinical problems.

What are Some of the Specialty Areas?
In this field there is continual change and creation of new areas due to rapid advancement in technology; however, some of the well established specialty areas within the field of biomedical engineering are: bioinstrumentation; biomaterials; biomechanics; cellular, tissue and genetic engineering; clinical engineering; medical imaging; orthopaedic surgery; rehabilitation engineering; and systems physiology.

Bioinstrumentation is the application of electronics and measurement techniques to develop devices used in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Computers are an essential part of bioinstrumentation, from the microprocessor in a single-purpose instrument used to do a variety of small tasks to the microcomputer needed to process the large amount of information in a medical imaging system.

Biomaterials include both living tissue and artificial materials used for implantation. Understanding the properties and behavior of living material is vital in the design of implant materials. The selection of an appropriate material to place in the human body may be one of the most difficult tasks faced by the biomedical engineer. Certain metal alloys, ceramics, polymers, and composites have been used as implantable materials. Biomaterials must be nontoxic, non-carcinogenic, chemically inert, stable, and mechanically strong enough to withstand the repeated forces of a lifetime. Newer biomaterials even incorporate living cells in order to provide a true biological and mechanical match for the living tissue.

Biomechanics applies classical mechanics (statics, dynamics, fluids, solids, thermodynamics, and continuum mechanics) to biological or medical problems. It includes the study of motion, material deformation, flow within the body and in devices, and transport of chemical constituents across biological and synthetic media and membranes. Progress in biomechanics has led to the development of the artificial heart and heart valves, artificial joint replacements, as well as a better understanding of the function of the heart and lung, blood vessels and capillaries, and bone, cartilage, intervertebral discs, ligaments and tendons of the musculoskeletal systems.

Cellular, Tissue and Genetic Engineering involve more recent attempts to attack biomedical problems at the microscopic level. These areas utilize the anatomy, biochemistry and mechanics of cellular and sub-cellular structures in order to understand disease processes and to be able to intervene at very specific sites. With these capabilities, miniature devices deliver compounds that can stimulate or inhibit cellular processes at precise target locations to promote healing or inhibit disease formation and progression.

Clinical Engineering is the application of technology to health care in hospitals. The clinical engineer is a member of the health care team along with physicians, nurses and other hospital staff. Clinical engineers are responsible for developing and maintaining computer databases of medical instrumentation and equipment records and for the purchase and use of sophisticated medical instruments. They may also work with physicians to adapt instrumentation to the specific needs of the physician and the hospital. This often involves the interface of instruments with computer systems and customized software for instrument control and data acquisition and analysis. Clinical engineers are involved with the application of the latest technology to health care.

Medical Imaging combines knowledge of a unique physical phenomenon (sound, radiation, magnetism, etc.) with high speed electronic data processing, analysis and display to generate an image. Often, these images can be obtained with minimal or completely noninvasive procedures, making them less painful and more readily repeatable than invasive techniques.

Orthopaedic Bioengineering is the specialty where methods of engineering and computational mechanics have been applied for the understanding of the function of bones, joints and muscles, and for the design of artificial joint replacements. Orthopaedic bioengineers analyze the friction, lubrication and wear characteristics of natural and artificial joints; they perform stress analysis of the musculoskeletal system; and they develop artificial biomaterials (biologic and synthetic) for replacement of bones, cartilages, ligaments, tendons, meniscus and intervertebral discs. They often perform gait and motion analyses for sports performance and patient outcome following surgical procedures. Orthopaedic bioengineers also pursue fundamental studies on cellular function, and mechano-signal transduction.

Rehabilitation Engineering is a growing specialty area of biomedical engineering. Rehabilitation engineers enhance the capabilities and improve the quality of life for individuals with physical and cognitive impairments. They are involved in prosthetics, the development of home, workplace and transportation modifications and the design of assistive technology that enhance seating and positioning, mobility, and communication. Rehabilitation engineers are also developing hardware and software computer adaptations and cognitive aids to assist people with cognitive difficulties.

Systems Physiology is the term used to describe that aspect of biomedical engineering in which engineering strategies, techniques and tools are used to gain a comprehensive and integrated understanding of the function of living organisms ranging from bacteria to humans. Computer modeling is used in the analysis of experimental data and in formulating mathematical descriptions of physiological events. In research, predictor models are used in designing new experiments to refine our knowledge. Living systems have highly regulated feedback control systems that can be examined with state-of-the-art techniques. Examples are the biochemistry of metabolism and the control of limb movements.

These specialty areas frequently depend on each other. Often, the biomedical engineer who works in an applied field will use knowledge gathered by biomedical engineers working in other areas. For example, the design of an artificial hip is greatly aided by studies on anatomy, bone biomechanics, gait analysis, and biomaterial compatibility. The forces that are applied to the hip can be considered in the design and material selection for the prosthesis. Similarly, the design of systems to electrically stimulate paralyzed muscle to move in a controlled way uses knowledge of the behavior of the human musculoskeletal system. The selection of appropriate materials used in these devices falls within the realm of the biomaterials engineer.

จริงๆ แล้วความฝันมีหลากหลายหลาย อย่างที่บัณฑิต อึ้งรังษี ได้กล่าวไว้ว่า เราต้องฝันให้ใหญ่
และต้องคอยจดความฝันของเราไว้ ว่าเรามีฝันอะไรที่จะต้องทำบ้างและเราทำฝันสำเร็จไปกี่อย่าง
แล้ว วันนี้เริ่มอ่าน paper ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้าน Biomedical engineer ไม่ค่อยจะรู้เรื่องเท่า
ไหร่ แต่พรุ่งนี้จะหามาอ่านใหม่เผื่อจะมีไอเดีย ดีขึ้นก่อนที่จะไปเรียนโทเร็วๆ นี้
